Dynkur is a waterfall in Þjórsá southeast under Kóngsás on Flóamannaafrétti. He is about 38 m tall. Þjórsá falls there from many stalls in small waterfalls that together form one waterfall system. Holtamenn call it Búðarhálsfoss and Gnúpverjar call it Dynk. It is best to look at the waterfall from the eastern bank of Þjórsá and drive into Búðarháls from the bridge at Tungnaá by Hald.
